Minimum 8+ years in MEP BIM (AEC Industry)Qualification:
Degree in EngineeringJob Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage MEP BIM models using Revit & AutoCAD Review and coordinate LOD 400 & LOD 500 BIM models prepared by modelers Ensure LOD 400 models are developed as per consultant design & project requirements Manage and verify LOD 500 (As-Built) models based on: Red-line markups Site survey reports Laser scanning / point cloud inputs Perform clash detection and resolution across all MEP disciplines Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams Maintain BIM standards, model quality, and project documentation Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and client requirements
MEP Discipline:
HAVC, Plumbing, Firefighting and ElectricalSkill Requirements:
Strong knowledge of MEP services, construction practices, and BIM coordination Excellent understanding of BIM standards, workflows & documentation Proven experience in COBie data creation, validation, and handover (Mandatory) Experience in model review, coordination meetings, and issue tracking Ability to lead teams and meet project deadlines
