MEP AutoCAD Draftsman cum Document Controller Job Overview:
Looking for an experienced MEP AutoCAD Draftsman cum Document Controller to prepare MEP shop drawings, as-built drawings, and handle project documentation as per company and client standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed MEP (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Drainage) drawings in AutoCAD.
Coordinate with architectural & structural layouts to resolve clashes.
Prepare as-built drawings and maintain drawing registers.
Manage & organize all project documents, submittals, and reports.
Maintain version control, logs, and timely document distribution.
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
3-5 years' experience in MEP drafting & documentation (construction field preferred).
Strong in AutoCAD 2D/3D; Revit MEP is a plus.
Good knowledge of MEP standards & codes.
Skills Required:
AutoCAD, MS Office, good communication & coordination skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
