About the Role
The MEP & Testing and Commissioning Manager is responsible for
planning, managing, and delivering all MEP testing, commissioning, and handover activities
across a large-scale mixed-use and hospitality giga project. The role ensures that allMEP systems are fully tested, commissioned, integrated, compliant, and operational
in accordance with project requirements, Saudi codes, and international hospitality standards.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
(or related discipline). Minimum10 years of experience
in MEP delivery and commissioning onlarge-scale mixed-use or hospitality projects
. Proven experience asMEP Manager / T&C Manager
on high-end hotels, resorts, or giga developments. Strong knowledge ofMEP systems integration, commissioning methodologies, and hospitality operational standards
. Experience working inSaudi Arabia or GCC
is strongly preferred.Candidates within Saudi Arabia with transferrable iqama will be prioritized

Pay: From ?35,000.00 per month
