We are looking for a qualified

MEP & AC Technician

to join our team at our

medical center operating in a villa.

The role involves handling all types of

Air conditioning works

, general

MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) maintenance tasks

, and providing support to medical equipment and IT engineers when required. The technician should also be flexible to assist in other general maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

Attend and perform

all types of MEP & AC works

as assigned Install, maintain, and repair AC units. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and plumbing systems. Troubleshoot issues in AC units, electrical wiring, and water supply lines. Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of equipment. Maintain service logs, checklists, and repair records. Keep proper tools in good condition and ready for use. Assist medical equipment engineers when technical assistance is required. Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, minor carpentry, and safety-related requirements. Assist in loading and unloading goods when needed. Assist IT engineers for pulling network cables or any other technical assistance Follow company safety guidelines and maintenance standards.

Requirements

Diploma/ITI in relevant fields Minimum 3 years of experience in AC maintenance and MEP work. Strong knowledge of AC systems (installation, gas charging, compressor, cleaning and electrical connections). Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow technical manuals. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Driving License Willingness to work in shifts/on-call if required.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
