Menu Development Chef: Seeking Young talented Chef, with a passion & skills to create new recipes
Our growing consultancy is looking for the right talent to assist the Director of Operations in developing new head turning recipes.
-Minimum 2 years experience in Sous chef role.
-Your career would have spanned across working with multiple cuisine & under good chefs across different countries with at least last 2 in Dubai.
-Qualified & trained in French cooking techniques.
-Good grasp & understanding of 'Dubai' tastes & presentations.
-Team player, strong communication skills & ability to transfer knowledge to recipes, with focus on consistency & accuracy.
-PIC certified.
-UAE Driving License is essential & having your own transportation will be an added advantage. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- chef: 1 year (Preferred)
