A Service Delivery Manager will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity. You will be a vital role for our Pressure Pumping team. You will enable flawless accomplishment, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs.

As a Service Delivery Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Providing technical direction and guidance to craft labor in support of a power equipment outage
• Presenting product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior leads (EB and SEB) across Baker Hughes.
• Handling complex medium/Long term execution processes. Department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs.
• Handling important business unit clients. Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
• Managing with the MENATI SDM\xe2\x80\x99s the day-to-day service tasks along with required new technology implementations. Ensuring the proper alignment on the required reports, technical trainings, and opportunities
• Continuously monitoring digital processes and service delivery methods to identify areas for improvement. Implementing changes to enhance service quality and efficiency while minimizing digital risks.
• Overseeing the proper alignment and generation of digital reports, which may include service metrics, security incident reports, and technology performance data.
• Assessing the impact of technology implementations on existing processes and ensuring a smooth transition.
• Overseeing the technical processes involved in service delivery, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborating with important business unit clients to understand their technical requirements and ensure that technical processes align with client expectations.
• Coordinating the workflow and tasks of the technical team to meet project milestones and client deliverables.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Have minimum of 8 additional years of experience in Field Service and Technical Advising.
• Have strong oral and written communication as well as interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams and lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
• Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously and find solutions for identified problems.
• Have clear understanding with All Surface Pressure Control (SPC) Products and installation procedures.
• Have full understanding with Wellhead & Xtree design and technical designs.
• Have proper awareness with MENATI customers, fields and manage all challenges.
• Have full understanding the Surface Pressure Control (SPC) manufacturing process, project management and supply chains.
• Being familiar with the Field Service systems along with Quality process
• Have Surface Pressure Control (SPC) equipment troubleshooting experience and opportunity creation.
