Partner with the best As a Service Delivery Technical Manager, you will ensure flawless execution by leading a team focused on technical job planning, job optimization and on-demand support. You will take ownership for the performance and product portfolio for your region . You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build consistency and execution excellence, while maximizing our revenue.

As a Service Delivery Technical Manager, you will be responsible for: Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support - Resolves post sales Technical Issues. As the technical depth required to resolve an issue increases, the "level" of skill set increases. For some products 1 individual may handle levels 1,2 and 3 while for other products these may be separate individuals with increasing skill sets. Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams. Handling complex medium term project processes. Department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs. Handling important business unit clients. Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Technical Support or Application Engineering or Reliability Engineering Have 2 years minimum experience as Service delivery Technical Manager
