The Primary purpose of this position is to identify a candidate who has the ability identify suitable corporate and hotel brands in the UAE and broader region to market & sell Soluna Beach Club product offerings products on behalf of The First Group. The Membership Sales Executive will have deep experience in business development, direct sales, training and performance management.

• Cold calling, appointment scheduling and lead management to ensure a growing lead base.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to speak with corporate & hotel hierarchy.
• Highly motivated, sales oriented individual with a strong network in Dubai and the Mena region.
• Strong telephone skills and etiquette
• Present monthly performance reviews to management
• Company processes and protocols must always be adhered to.
• Maintain regular communication and provide regular feedback to reporting lines.

Desired Skill & Expertise

• A history of Business Development experience is vital (minimum of 1 year).
