We are looking for an energetic and target-driven
Membership Consultant
to join a dynamic fitness studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving membership sales, building strong client relationships, and delivering an excellent customer experience.Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell gym/fitness studio memberships and packages. Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, and online leads. Conduct studio tours and explain services, classes, and facilities. Follow up with prospective members and close sales effectively. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate client records and membership data. Support front desk operations and member engagement activities.
Requirements
Prior experience as a Membership Consultant in a gym, fitness studio, or wellness center is mandatory.
Proven sales and closing skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Professional, presentable, and customer-focused.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
