Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate and follow up on leads to achieve membership sales targets.
Build strong relationships with potential and existing members to understand their fitness goals.
Deliver outstanding customer service by providing expert guidance on membership options.
Conduct tours and explain the benefits of our facilities and programs.
Engage in community outreach and marketing efforts to promote the club.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and member interactions.
