ABOUT US The Arts Club Dubai is perfectly located in the heart of the DIFC, set over four floors and totaling 65,000 square feet, in the brand-new ICD Brookfield Place development designed by Foster + Partners.
It is the first international outpost of the celebrated and historical private members\xe2\x80\x99 club, established in 1863 in Mayfair, London. The Club provides its members with a home away from home: a sanctuary for those seeking comfort, hospitality and elegance, with a level of quality, service and attention to detail that will leave them wanting for nothing.
Responsible for supporting the membership department with administrative duties.
Logging and managing all enquiries received, responding accordingly, making appointments for tours of the club and for applicants to meet the relevant team members.
Receive all membership applications and input them onto the CRM system.
Follow up with each application received, to confirm receipt and request any missing information in a timely manner
Manage all additional information received for applications until they are complete and ready to be reviewed with the committee
Manage applications that have noted they have met with one of the membership team, and ensure notes are made, ready for the committee to review. Notes also to be made on the origin of the application i.e. from Shareholders, CEO etc.
Keep track of how many enquiries and applications are received weekly to be reported to the shareholders, reporting on application conversion rates.

Responds to voicemails and answer the phone for general enquiries, membership and direct any queries accordingly.
Creating membership cards once new members have paid their fees
Help with ordering membership cards, franking and giving them to relevant team members to extend to members
Any other business as directly by the membership team.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Highly organised, methodical and diligent.
Ability to work fluently, using initiative on best practices
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Calm and articulate telephone manner
Experience in a similar role within the luxury environment
Experience of dealing with customers face to face and on the phone.
Computer literate with experience in using excel, and relevant CRM
Good spelling and grammar
Sense of humour with a positive attitude
Must be a team player
