Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

As a Member Engagement Member Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how RICS connects with its members across your region. You will lead the Regional Board, develop and deliver engagement strategies, and create exceptional member experiences that foster an inclusive and collaborative professional community.




Your day-to-day will include:
- Overseeing the Regional Board and delivering the Regional Market Plan.
- Recruiting and supporting board members to achieve strategic goals aligned with RICS priorities.
- Designing and implementing inclusive engagement strategies tailored to diverse member needs.
- Organising networking events and initiatives that promote learning and collaboration.
- Driving early careers programmes and outreach to inspire future professionals.
- Managing social media presence and digital storytelling to strengthen RICS' brand.

About You

You're a natural connector who thrives on building relationships and creating strategies that make an impact.




You bring:
- Proven ability to engage and influence members across sectors and career stages.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong relationship-building skills and emotional intelligence.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with analytical skills to evaluate engagement data.
- Experience designing and delivering professional events and networking opportunities.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other relevant language.
