Job Description

Job Details:

  • Managing the banqueting team
  • Creating and adjusting the daily employee schedule
  • Organizing and preparing all meetings, parties and celebrations in our rooms
  • You receive and care for our (meeting) guests, from arrival to departure
  • You are also the point of contact for technical support for meetings
  • Part of the stock management falls under your responsibility
  • Preparing supplied furniture, crockery, decorations, aids, etc., in the indicated arrangement
  • You participate in the weekly sheet meeting
  • Ensuring optimal guest treatment, correcting problems and handling guest questions

Job Experience:

You are a host/hostess through and through You have at least 1 year of experience as a manager in a events managing company You are enthusiastic, stress-resistant & solution-oriented You have your own transport You have no problem working on weekends and public holidays About Company:
