We are seeking

Medical Writer / Operations Executive

to join with our Organization.

The job will require to:

Create various medical content. Interpret complex clinical and scientific data into clear, concise, and accurate content tailored for various audiences. Work closely with the graphic designers to ensure quality visual pictures for the medical content available. Carry out a thorough literature review from credible sources to back the medical content on our platform. Coordinate with all stakeholders and manage assigned work and ensure delivery timelines are met. Manage day-to-day deliverable lifecycle; getting content written, edited, and proofread. Review the files for the CME programs to ensure a branding/promotion-free content. Ensure the availability of all the necessary documents for the various CME programs prior to their submission. Ensure the programs submitted meet the requirements of the required governing authority. Ensure timely submission of the CME programs and follow-up on their accreditation status with relevant authorities. Provide report of the accreditation status to the management on weekly basis. Overlook the workings of the CME department. Coordination with sales team and various operations resources to ensure smooth delivery of work Vendor Management and quotation procurement skills Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation systems.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Medical Writing and Operations: 1 year (Required)
