1. Maintain a deep and up-to-date understanding of medical and nutritional science, the changing healthcare landscape, and emerging digital trends to support the sales and education of a broad network of Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) for our products.
2. Establish target customers and develop clear plans to achieve coverage, frequency, and visit rate goals.
3. Implement customer segmentation, identify new prospects/customers, and ensure timely reporting of daily activities according to the SFE system.
4. Understand the market and opportunities within the territory to identify opportunities for market share growth at the client/account level.
5. Develop and execute multi-channel customer engagement plans that generate demand for products and increase referrals and market share.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with HCPs at all levels of responsibility and influence within the client account, utilizing existing relationships to expand the client network.

Job Requirements
University degree (preferably in health or administrative careers).
Excellent sales techniques.
Extensive scientific knowledge.
Mastery of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years of experience as a medical representative, preferably in pediatric lines.
