FertiClinic Fertilization Centre - Abu Dhabi is looking for a female Medical Secretary with a minimum experience of 3 years. The ideal candidate will be a vital part of the healthcare team, providing administrative support to medical professionals and ensuring the smooth operations of the medical office and clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage patient file using medical record (EMR) systems
Prepare, organize, and maintain medical records, reports, and other essential documents.
Assist physicians and nurses in various tasks as needed (clinic settings, preparing examination rooms, and assisting during patient assessments, treatments, and outpatient procedures)
Obtain patient consent for medical procedures- explaining the purpose and implications of the consent in a clear and compassionate manner ensuring patient understanding.
Schedule and manage medical procedures for patients, coordinating with the relevant departments and healthcare providers to ensure smooth arrangements.
Maintain orderliness and cleanliness in the clinical area, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
Maintain clear and effective communication and confidentiality with all the patients and healthcare professionals involved in the care or treatment
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care and a supportive healthcare environment.
Follow the facility policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Department of Health (DOH) regulations
Implement strict infection control protocols to prevent, manage, and control healthcare-related infection and spread of infection that may occur within patients' areas
Perform other job-related duties as required by the Head of Nursing department and the Management
Qualifications:
? Minimum of 3 years experience with healthcare background.
? Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
? Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
