Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Physiotherapy Division.
Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups.
Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Coordinate with physiotherapists, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
Support insurance and billing documentation when required.
Uphold confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Medical Secretary or in a similar administrative healthcare role.
Strong background in
patient care coordination and customer service

Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management systems.
