with strong pharmacy relationships and extensive OTC experience to lead our sales team and support business growth in the Kuwaiti market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, support, and supervise the medical sales team to achieve all assigned targets.
Support sales growth by developing new leads and assigning monthly, weekly, and daily targets to the team.
Manage the entire sales process from pre-contract to post-signature phases and coordinate with internal departments to ensure team awareness of new contracts.
Propose updates to current processes, product lists, and medical/billing policies for payers.
Ensure all contractual agreements meet financial targets and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Analyze cost and utilization data to support decision-making.
Review and analyze daily achievement reports to ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up on outstanding invoices with customers to ensure timely collection.
Coordinate with the team to reactivate inactive customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated customer issues.
Develop bi-weekly reports on sales team performance, customer activation, and market updates.
Ensure activation of new customers and maintain existing ones to increase sales volume and market share.
Provide input on advertising, promotional materials, and product literature.
Recommend competitive pricing strategies.
Qualifications:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in the pharmaceutical or OTC field.
Strong and established relationships with pharmacies in Kuwait.
Excellent knowledge of the Kuwaiti OTC market.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
