The Position As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the business plan for your geographical area to ensure the company objectives and sales targets are achieved. In addition, you will be measuring, tracking, evaluating, and presenting key metrics such as prescription depth and breadth planning.

Your main accountabilities will be: . You will contribute to the national business plan by achieving targets through the implementation of marketing and promotion strategies aimed at effectively presenting and promoting Novo Nordisk product(s) to healthcare practitioners . You will demonstrate a high level of understanding of customer needs . You will anticipate and adapt action plans to maximize opportunities and address challenges . You will work across different external stakeholders, including but not limited to KOLs, physicians, pharmacists, and hospital management . You will report customer complaints and adverse events according to NN procedure. Qualifications As a Medical Sales Representative, you need to be a self-starter, one who can evaluate options and find resolutions on your own with minimal supervision. Moreover, you need to have an aptitude for learning and the ability to communicate technical and scientific product and disease management information, as well as a value proposition for the product(s) under your responsibility.

To be successful in this role: . A bachelor's degree in Pharma .A 1 year of experience in sales within the pharmaceutical industry if you are based in Oman, experience in the public sector is a plus, and 3 years of experience if you are not based in Oman (as per the regulations) . Experience in the Diabetes market would be beneficial . Proficiency in both written and spoken English (excellent command over both written and spoken Arabic is a plus) . An entrepreneurial mindset, a strong influencer, and an exceptional team player

About the Department Gulf Cluster is one of the fastest-growing affiliates which includes Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, and Yemen. You will become part of a business area in a company committed to changing the lives of people with diabetes, obesity, haemophilia, and growth disorders. In addition, the Diabetes Business Unit plays a major role in the treatment of Diabetes in the Gulf Cluster with its various world-class leading medications, as part of the team you will be responsible for promoting Novo Nordisk products and having exposure to our portfolio vision, business strategies, and critical market insight that contributes in changing diabetes forward. You will be contributing to ensure the latest therapies and products reach the people who need them the most.
