Responsibilities:
Leverage existing relationships with key decision-makers in clinics and hospitals to expand our client base. Develop and execute sales strategies that target healthcare facilities and professionals. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase OnTime Group's services and unique value propositions. Provide market insights and feedback from clients to enhance service offerings and marketing strategies. Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote our brand. Regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with client needs.
Requirements
Proven track record as a Medical Representative in the healthcare sector. Established connections with decision-makers in clinics and hospitals. Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Results-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach. Knowledge of the healthcare industry and local market dynamics. Valid UAE driving license.
