Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Medical Representative
to join our team in the Dubai region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience inCNS products
within the UAE pharmaceutical market and the ability to drive sales growth while ensuring brand visibility and availability across pharmacies.Key Responsibilities:
Promote and market CNS pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and chain pharmacies. Ensure product
brand availability, visibility, and listing
in key chain pharmacies across the region. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers. Develop and implement territory action plans to achieve sales targets. Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to the management team. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and UAE pharmaceutical regulations.Requirements:
Minimum
2+ years of relevant UAE experience
in pharmaceuticals, specifically inCNS products
. Minimum Qualification:B.Pharm (A class / B class)
. Valid UAEdriving license
andowned car
(mandatory). Strong knowledge ofUAE pharmaceutical market dynamics
, including product availability, visibility, and listing processes in pharmacies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.Any nationality
