Gastroenterology, Central Nervous System (CNS), Oncology, Gynecology, Urology, Orthopedics and Diabetes
. Preference will be given to candidates with strong
market knowledge of key accounts and doctors within the UAE
.
Promote and sell specialty pharmaceutical products
to healthcare professionals across assigned UAE territories.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships
with doctors, pharmacists, and key healthcare providers to support long-term business growth.
Demonstrate in-depth clinical and market knowledge
across the therapeutic areas of Gastroenterology, CNS, Oncology, Gynecology, Urology, and Diabetes.
Leverage existing relationships and market knowledge
to identify opportunities and drive sales; must present actual sales figures from previous roles to show YoY growth.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
through effective territory planning, customer segmentation, and time management.
Conduct regular field visits
to maximize product visibility and engagement.
Proficient in CRM systems
for logging visits and customer interactions.
Execute marketing and brand strategies
in alignment with company plans and
provide actionable market feedback
to optimize tactical execution. gather market intelligence to support strategic planning and identify potential threats and opportunities.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
of field activities, doctor interactions, and sales performance via CRM tools.
Comply with comapny's SOPs, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines
in all interactions and reporting.
Participating in and coordinating trade exhibitions, medical conferences, and professional meetings to enhance brand visibility and build strong industry relationships.
