: A Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products, medical devices to healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. They also provide information about the products to healthcare providers, answer their queries and concerns, and facilitate sales by coordinating with the distributors and dealers. Responsibilities:
Expected Start Date: 01/03/2024
- Meet with healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and pharmacists, to promote and sell pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or equipment.
- Provide information about the products to healthcare providers, answer their queries and concerns, and address their needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with distributors and dealers to ensure product availability, pricing, and delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, industry regulations, and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and objectives to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Attend conferences, seminars, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards.
- A bachelor\'s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field is typically required.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales is preferred.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are needed.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize work.
- Proficient in using computer software such as MS Office and CRM systems.
- Must be willing to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
- A valid driving license and a vehicle are required.
