Gulf Drug pharma is looking for talented candidates in a Medical Representative role based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. To promote Multinational pharmaceutical company outsourcing cardiovascular and respiratory franchise. Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Achieve performance targets as set by the company in the territory through effective planning and implementation of strategic plans.
• Using SalesForce platform to report your activities and all relevant customer information up to date.
• Ability to deliver current marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Planning and organizing different clinical promotional sales meetings with end customers.
• Ability to compile, review, monitor performance against a strategic business plan.
• To establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with customers and KOLs.
• To provide the manager with accurate and timely reports.
• Adhere to company SOPs and code of conduct without exception.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or Medical degree is PREFERRED
• Abu Dhabi and Government experience is a MUST
• Experience in the chronic disease area is a PREFERRED
• Minimum of 1 year medical sales experience in a pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent planning and analytical skills.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership without authority and high learning agility.

Job Type: Full-time Experience:

• Chronic disease area: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical Representative: 1 year (Required)
• Abu Dhabi Healthcare Government: 1 year (Required)
