Scheduling:
Manage and optimize provider and patient schedules, schedule appointments, and send reminders.
Record management:
Maintain and update patient records, manage electronic health records (EHRs), and handle necessary paperwork.
Administrative duties:
Process payments, verify insurance eligibility, handle billing questions, and file insurance claims.
Office operations:
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming, and monitor and order office supplies.
Communication:
Serve as a point of contact between patients and medical staff, ensuring smooth communication and coordinating with other departments.
