Medical Receptionist
to support front desk operations at our healthcare facilities in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible forpatient reception, appointment scheduling, medical records coordination, and administrative support

medical reception, healthcare administration, and customer service skills
in a hospital or clinical environment.Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist
patients, visitors, and healthcare staff
professionally Managefront desk and medical reception operations
Schedule, confirm, and managepatient appointments
Handlepatient registration, insurance details, and basic billing support
Maintain and updateelectronic medical records (EMR/EHR)
Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries efficiently Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinical departments Ensure compliance withhealthcare privacy and confidentiality policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Medical Receptionist, Clinic Receptionist, or Healthcare Administrator
Strong knowledge ofmedical terminology and clinic operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency inmedical scheduling systems and MS Office
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Patient-centric approach with attention to detailPreferred Qualifications
Experience in
hospital, clinic, or healthcare centre environments
Familiarity withinsurance approvals, billing, and DHA regulations
Multilingual skills (English required; Arabic a plus) Previous work experience inDubai or UAE healthcare facilities
