Provide information about clinic services, doctors' schedules, and procedures.
Appointment Management
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using the clinic's booking system.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments to manage daily schedules efficiently.
Follow up on missed or canceled appointments.
Billing & Payments
Prepare and process bills, collect payments, and issue receipts.
Verify insurance details and ensure proper documentation is submitted.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and patient accounts.
Administrative Support
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality according to clinic policy.
File and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
Assist in preparing daily reports and submitting them to the management.
Clinic Coordination
Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
Communicate effectively with medical and non-medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Support the management team in administrative and operational tasks when needed.
