Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage patient registration, update personal and insurance details, and maintain accurate records.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using the clinic system.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries promptly.
Provide patients with information about treatments, promotions, and aftercare instructions.
Coordinate patient flow between reception, doctors, and treatment rooms.
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection (cash, card, or insurance).
Process insurance documents, pre-approvals, and claims where applicable.
Follow up with patients to confirm attendance and ensure satisfaction after visits.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing daily reports and supporting marketing activities.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Receptionist in a
medical, dental, or dermatology clinic
(preferred).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software.
Fluent in
English
(Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
Presentable and professional appearance.
