Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome all clients/patients with warmth and professionalism Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general inquiries Respond to clients'/patients' emails and follow up on wellness inquiries Support clients/patients with appointment bookings and scheduling Prepare invoices and insurance claim forms; handle payments efficiently Manage and update clients'/patients' records through our data entry system Support daily coordination of doctors' and instructors' schedules Update and maintain weekly class schedules Monitor and manage office supply inventory Provide exceptional front-desk and client/patient service experience Guide clients/patients in using the Body Composition Analysis machine Assist clients/patients with use of the infrared sauna Receive payments, print credit card reports, and close petty cash at the end of the day Handle client/patient feedback with care and escalate concerns when needed Carry out additional administrative tasks as required
