Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner.
Manage patient check-in and check-out, ensuring accurate data entry and document handling.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
Update patient records and verify insurance and ID details.
Process billing and payments, issue receipts, and maintain financial records when required.
Coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, and support staff for seamless patient care.
Translate or interpret information between Arabic and English when needed.
Ensure confidentiality and security of patient data in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years
of experience in a healthcare receptionist or administrative role.
Fluency in Arabic and English
(spoken and written) is
mandatory
.
Proficient in the use of
healthcare management systems
.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Professional, friendly demeanor and strong customer service orientation.
Knowledge of UAE healthcare system and insurance procedures is an advantage.
