to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations.
KINDLY NOTE THE WORKING HOURS WILL BE 11 HOURS PER DAY.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
Handle patient registration, check-ins, and appointment scheduling.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
Manage and update patient records using the clinic's healthcare management system.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
Coordinate with medical staff to streamline patient flow.
Handle insurance verifications and process billing information.
Collect payments and issue receipts.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information in line with UAE healthcare regulations (e.g., DHA compliance).
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a medical clinic, hospital, or healthcare center in the UAE.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of DHA regulations and medical terminology.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Presentable, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.
