to manage front desk operations and ensure excellent patient service. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors and will play a key role in maintaining smooth daily clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
Register patients and update personal and medical information accurately.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
Verify patient insurance details and eligibility when required.
Manage patient check-in and check-out process efficiently.
Handle billing support, invoices, and payment coordination as per clinic policy.
Maintain organized patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
Coordinate with nurses and doctors regarding patient flow and scheduling.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Follow clinic policies, DOH regulations, and customer service standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Administration or a related field (preferred).
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
as a Medical Receptionist or in a healthcare setting.
Fluent in Arabic and English - Mandatory.
Strong computer skills (EMR systems, MS Office).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is an advantage.
