Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and professional Arabic-speaking Receptionist to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage appointments, and assist in promoting the clinic's services to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information about clinic services. Schedule, manage, and confirm patient appointments, ensuring an efficient booking system. Follow up with patients for appointment reminders, feedback, or necessary updates. Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Assist patients with registration and payment processes, ensuring all records are updated in the clinic system. Promote and explain the clinic's services, packages, and offers to patients to encourage service uptake. Address and resolve patient concerns or escalate them to the appropriate team members. Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems and basic healthcare procedures is a plus. Sales or promotional experience is an advantage.
