Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team at Seha Medical Center, Ajman. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth patient flow, accurate registration, and efficient handling of insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude Register patients and update their information in the system accurately Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in queries professionally Check insurance eligibility and coverage through relevant portals Process insurance claims and follow up on approvals Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for patient flow Collect and manage payments, issue receipts, and maintain billing records Maintain a clean and organized reception area Ensure compliance with clinic policies, data privacy, and confidentiality standards Provide general administrative support to clinic staff as required Report any issues or concerns to the management promptly
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical center, PolyClinic setup, or hospital in the UAE Proficient in using insurance portals Knowledge of insurance approvals and claims is a strong advantage Arabic speaking preferred Hindi speaking is an added advantage Age below 30 years Presentable and able to wear the company uniform Willingness to work in rotational shifts Candidates on Own visa preferred Ability to join within two weeks Able to relocate to Ajman Experience in call center added advantage
