We are seeking a skilled and friendly Arabic-speaking receptionist to join our team and contribute to our exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Handle patient registration, appointments, and check-ins efficiently. Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications promptly. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of medical information. Provide information about services, facilities, and procedures to patients and visitors. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely communication. Assist with billing inquiries and general administrative tasks as needed. Ensure the reception area is organized, clean, and presentable at all times.

Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and proficient in English. Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry. Valid UAE visa (must have own visa). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of medical software or electronic health records (EHR) is an advantage.
