ROPU (Regional Operating Unit) IMETA (India, Middle East, Turkey, Africa) Position: IMETA Medical Affairs Operations Lead Job title supervisor: ROPU Head of Medical Affairs Functional Area: CDMQ (Clinical Development, Medicine and QRPE) Job location: Dubai Posting end date: 17.11.2023 Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead the Medicine Operations on a ROPU level and drive the operation at OPU level.
- Lead the process of utilization of digital channels for medical affairs activities, Medical Veeva CRM execution, and co-creation of Medical KPIs and Business Analytics and insight.
- Responsible over the review of the medical digital plans to ensure optimal utilization of channels, content and correct use of KPIs.
- Creating concept of the trainings and on-boarding process across ROPU Medical Affairs and support to OPUs level.
- Develop training modules that fit the OPU Customer Facing Medical Affairs Talent development needs.
- Regional Medical GTM Lead to develop optimal digital strategies with the Medical TA Lead with maximum business impact.
- Lead internal medical affairs projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and department effectiveness.
- META Medicine IBP/ICP champion (brand plans)- ensure optimal brands are put in place based on TA strategy and allocated resources.
- Key interface for the ROPU/global working groups within key medical affairs operation projects
- Responsibility for the budget related to above projects and activities.
- Lead and follow up on medical executional excellence projects.
- To comply with ROPU medical compliance objectives and the Code of Marketing Practice
- Medical doctor or Bachelor of Pharmacy, + 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in medical affairs or GTM in pharmaceutical industry. (Medical operations experience is an asset)
- People management experience is a must.
- Up to date with all medical information on the therapeutic area.
- Expert in digital medical affairs planning and budgeting.
- Full understanding of GTM and GTM system.
- Solid business and financial acumen.
- Outstanding cross-functional collaboration ability (understanding various function need and priorities).
- Exceptional scientific knowledge
- Leading without authority & Creativity & Analytical skills & Excellent communication skills
