Job Description
We are a reputable medical center in Shamkha offering comprehensive healthcare services, including general medicine, dentistry, We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medical & Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our team.
Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for medical and dental services. Submit insurance claims accurately and follow up on pending approvals or rejections. Liaise with insurance companies to resolve issues and obtain necessary authorizations. Maintain and update patient records and insurance information in the system. Provide billing support and explain insurance coverage and co-payments to patients. Ensure compliance with insurance policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with front desk and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Insurance Coordinator in a healthcare or dental setting in the UAE. Strong knowledge of medical and dental insurance processes and terminology. Familiarity with UAE insurance companies and their portals (e.g., Daman, Thiqa, ADNIC..etc). Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
