We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Equipment Service Engineer with specialized knowledge of Digital Dentistry solutions and Dental laboratory equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and customer training for a diverse range of high-tech medical devices, ensuring optimal functionality and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
A minimum of [e.g., 3-5] years of hands-on experience as a field service engineer working with medical equipment.
Required: Strong experience with Digital Dentistry and laboratory equipment is mandatory. This includes, but is not limited to:
Intraoral Scanners
(e.g., 3Shape TRIOS).
Dental 3D Printers
and related post-processing units (e.g., Phrozen).
CAD/CAM milling machines
for dental labs.
Portable and Wall-mounted X-Ray units
and
Digital Sensors
.
Dental Microscopes and Loupes
.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills for complex electronic, mechanical, and software systems.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical schematics and service manuals.
Superior communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
