Job Description

Role Overview:

The Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of dermatology and aesthetic laser machines provided by Laserix. This role ensures optimal device performance, client satisfaction, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and commission laser machines at client sites. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a range of aesthetic devices. Diagnose technical issues and implement timely solutions. Provide training and technical guidance to end users. Maintain detailed service reports and update client maintenance records. Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts and technical support. Support the sales team with technical input during demonstrations and product trials.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
