Job Description

Performs Medical courier support by transporting lab specimens and medical reports to and from local laboratories

Delivers laboratory specimens to local laboratories, transports medical reports and billing statements from the HNTF to the TMC once ready for pick up

Complete the Courier Daily Tracking Log and checklist by recording the number of items transported, date/time of dispatch to and from each destination.

Requirements

Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) certification within 30 days after hire from the online source training.

Requires minimum of two (2) years of medical courier experience. At least (3) years of medical and customer service experience from a health care institution is a plus.

High School graduate or equivalent.
