Requirements
:
Minimum
4 years of experience
in
Inpatient (IP) coding
Previous work experience in
Northern Emirates healthcare facilities
Strong knowledge of
FFS (Fee-for-Service)
model
Certified coder (CPC, CCS, or equivalent preferred)
Familiarity with
ICD-10
, DRG systems, and UAE coding guidelines
Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong documentation review skills
Key Responsibilities
:
Accurately assign codes for inpatient charts as per UAE health authority standards
Ensure compliance with coding policies and payer requirements
Work closely with auditors, medical staff, and billing teams to ensure quality documentation
Contribute to continuous improvement in coding accuracy and claims processing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
