This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Coder located in Dubai. The Medical Coder will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing patient records, assigning appropriate medical codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services. They will also ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards and guidelines, collaborate with healthcare providers, and maintain confidentiality and data security in handling patient information.
Qualifications
Experience with Medical Coding and familiarity with Medical Terminology
Knowledge of Health Information Management principles and best practices
Relevant Coding Experience and/or certification such as RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in coding and record-keeping
Ability to work effectively on-site in Dubai, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Prior experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial
