Minimum of 2-3 years Coding Experience and Health Information Management skills in Dubai, UAE
- Must have a medical background
Certification in medical coding from AAPC
Knowledgeable in eclaimlink/DHPO
Proficiency in Medical Terminology and Medical Coding using (ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS)
Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations related to medical coding
Sending insurance approvals through DHPO and insurance portals
Process and submit electronic claims to insurance companies and healthcare payers
Review and resolve claim rejections, denials and discrepancies
Good submission and re-submission knowledge
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
