Assign accurate medical codes for dermatology and hijama services in compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements.
Review clinical documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy for billing purposes.
Work closely with physicians and clinical staff to clarify diagnoses and procedures.
Ensure coding practices comply with ICD-10, CPT, and payer-specific guidelines.
Prepare coding reports and assist in insurance claim submissions and audits.
Support the finance and billing team in resolving claim rejections or denials.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Medical Coder, preferably in dermatology and hijama therapy.
Certification in medical coding (CPC, CCS, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and insurance coding guidelines.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
