Ajman, United Arab Emirates Trending We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Medical Coder to join our team at SKMCA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate coding of diagnoses and procedures as per hospital standards, ensuring high-quality service delivery, proper billing, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

Code diagnoses and procedures accurately in accordance with hospital coding standards. Serve patients with high-quality care in adherence to SKMCA policies. Review patient data and update incomplete records. Ensure all medical codes and corresponding pricing are correctly entered in the hospital management system. Follow guidelines to code procedures and diagnoses accurately. Ensure patients are billed accurately according to codes used. Coordinate training sessions to keep medical staff and cashiers updated on codes. Maintain relevant statistics and submit timely reports to management. Collaborate with the hospital management system team to monitor medical codes. Prepare and organize insurance claim forms for respective doctors. Qualifications

Certification in Medical Coding (CPC, CCS, etc.) preferred Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Familiarity with hospital billing and coding software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to confidentiality and data protection Job Info
