We are a licensed homecare organization dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare services across Abu Dhabi. We are seeking an experienced Medical Coder & Biller to handle coding, billing, and insurance preauthorization's for our homecare services.

Medical Coding

Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes as per DOH and insurance guidelines. Ensure coding compliance and maintain accuracy in claim documentation. Coordinate with clinical staff to clarify incomplete or missing documentation.
Medical Billing

Prepare, submit, and track insurance claims for homecare services. Handle billing entries, reconciliation, and follow-ups on pending or rejected claims. Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve denials, discrepancies, or claim issues. Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely reimbursement.
Insurance Preauthorization & Approvals

Apply for preauthorization requests for homecare services as per DOH and payer requirements. Follow up closely with insurance providers for approval status. Maintain updated knowledge of all payer policies and authorization criteria. Ensure all approvals are received before initiating services. Communicate approvals and validity periods to the scheduling and clinical teams.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
