Job Description
With Bachelors Degree
With at least 1 year UAE experience in a similar role or medical coding experience in hospital or clinic setting,
Well experienced in processing Insurance for pre-approval, Claims submission and resubmission
Fluency in English (speaks, read and write).
Excellent interpersonal skills while interacting with therapist, patient, Daman and rehabilitation staffs.
With active participation in auditing particularly Daman or Tasneef/DOH, and other similar Accreditation.
Strong computer skills in data entry, coding, and Microsoft Office applications
Must be knowledgeable about HAAD/DOH, Daman Claims and Adjudication rules and coding guidelines.
Update and maintain document lists and ensures proper coding on provider documentation.
Ensures to reduce rejections and get the claim paid at the initial submission of claims.
