Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales & Sales Agent to join our medical center team. The role involves handling both telephone-based sales (telesales) and in-person patient consultations (sales). You will be responsible for promoting the center's medical services, booking appointments, building strong patient relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound telesales calls to potential and existing patients to promote services, packages, and promotions. Handle inbound calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide accurate information about treatments and pricing. Conduct face-to-face consultations with walk-in patients to explain services and close sales. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring smooth coordination with medical staff. Maintain and update patient records in the CRM system. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets (both telesales and in-clinic). Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure patient satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or direct sales (healthcare industry experience preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Patient-focused, with the ability to explain medical services clearly and professionally. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Fluency in English is required (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
