Female Arabic-speaking Sales Professional

with solid experience in

aesthetic medical centers

.

Primary Responsibilities:

Warmly greet patients

with professionalism and a courteous smile.

Receive

payment slips from reception

and ensure accuracy in patient details.

Review and interpret

call center notes

related to patient inquiries and expectations.

Coordinate with medical providers

to ensure readiness for the patient's treatment plan.

Post-consultation,

engage with the patient

to explain service pricing and

present available payment plans

clearly and effectively.

Collect patient payments and

ensure documentation is processed

by handing the slip back to the receptionist.

Foster

excellent patient relations

, ensuring all patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and valued.

Collaborate closely with medical staff to

prepare personalized treatment plans

for patients.

Encourage satisfied patients

to leave positive

, supporting the clinic's online presence.

Uphold a

calm, courteous, and professional demeanor

at all times, especially during peak hours.

Ensure

compliance with DHA regulations

and maintain strict patient confidentiality.

Candidate Requirements:

Female Arabic speaker only

(as per client demographic and clinic guidelines).

Minimum of

2 years' experience

in

sales or client relations within aesthetic medical centers

in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of

aesthetic services, skincare, and beauty treatments

.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in presenting pricing, upselling services, and handling patient concerns professionally.

Team-oriented, proactive, and committed to high standards of hospitality and customer service.

Must be presentable, trustworthy, and maintain a high level of

discretion and empathy

.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
