We are seeking a highly organized individual for medical/Pharmaceutical associate responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing medical equipment, pharmaceutical products, and related supplies in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This role ensures a high-quality products at competitive prices, and builds strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers of medical and pharmaceutical products. Request and analyze quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Prepare and issue purchase orders in line with approved budgets and requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, new products, and pricing in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Ensure compliance with UAE Ministry of Health (MOH), DHA, and other relevant authorities' procurement and import regulations. Monitor supplier performance and maintain supplier evaluation records. Ensure all procurement documentation is properly maintained and filed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Strong knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical products, suppliers, and market regulations. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus. Familiarity with import/export documentation and procedures.
